Designity's current pricing page describes a kickoff approximately two to three business days after Creative Director matching. That is a kickoff estimate, not a promise that every first deliverable will be finished in that time. Your actual start depends on fit, matching, required information and a confirmed schedule.

Designity is a premium, AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service platform. A dedicated Creative Director leads strategy, specialist selection and quality; a Creative Project Manager coordinates workflow and delivery. Preparation helps the team establish a realistic first project.

What Happens Before the First Project?

Start with a discussion of your workload, goals and the support you need. The team needs enough information to assess fit, scope the work and match the appropriate creative leadership.

Current pricing and onboarding details describe account setup, onboarding forms, matching and kickoff. Follow the actual instructions supplied for your engagement rather than treat a general speed headline as a complete schedule.

An initial conversation, assignment to a Creative Director and work beginning are separate events. Ask which one the proposed start date refers to.

What Should You Prepare?

Gather the materials that let the team understand the business and scope a useful first brief:

  • The audience, offer and goal for the first project.

  • Current brand guidelines and examples of approved work.

  • Source copy, images, footage and relevant access.

  • A decision-maker, consolidated feedback process and genuine deadline.

If some inputs don't exist yet, say so. The team may need to scope their development before production. Missing source materials are a different issue from a need for more creative capacity.

Choose a first project that helps you evaluate the partnership, with clear deliverables and manageable dependencies.

What Happens at Kickoff?

The kickoff establishes the first project's requirements, expectations and working arrangement. Your Creative Director connects the brief to creative direction, while the Creative Project Manager coordinates the production sequence and review points.

Designity’s current onboarding guidance describes account setup, onboarding forms, Creative Director matching, and a kickoff to discuss your first project, goals, and workflow. Confirm the actual dates and instructions with the team.

In a hypothetical start, your first brief might be a presentation update using existing copy and guidelines. If the real requirement is a complete rebrand, the initial scope would need a different approach. Matching the first brief to its complexity makes the schedule meaningful.

When Will You Receive the First Deliverable?

Delivery follows the agreed project timeline. A kickoff date alone doesn't establish the delivery date for a website, original concept or complex video.

Ask what materials must be approved before production and when your feedback is needed. The Creative Director reviews the work for alignment and quality, and your internal owner supplies business information and approvals.

Designity's trial explanation describes an initial working period for evaluating the team. Use a real scoped brief to assess the collaboration rather than assume that a trial guarantees a particular volume of completed work.

What Could Delay the Start?

Unclear scope, incomplete onboarding information, missing access or unavailable reviewers can affect readiness. A fixed campaign deadline may also require phasing the work.

Tell the team what is ready, what is missing and who can make decisions. Ask for a confirmed sequence covering matching, kickoff, production, review and first delivery.

That is a more useful basis for planning than interpreting onboarding speed as a universal turnaround promise.
